Rumors were flying that Class 6 was about to get a new student none other than Elysia, the school’s latest
hotshot. The Class 6 crew was all shocked. They couldn't figure out why anyone from Class 1 would want to join
their ranks.
Class 1 and Class 6 had always been like cats and dogs, and Class had a knack for acting all high and mighty
around Class 6. So, when they heard Elysia was coming, they weren't exactly throwing a welcparty.
Elysia used to be in Class 1, and because of that, Class 6 was itching to give Class 1 a taste of their own
medicine through her.
Elysia was just stepping out of her classroom with her textbooks when she ran into Justin and Leon.
They had just heard about Elysia’s class switch, and they were still trying to wrap their heads around it. But
seeing her there with textbooks in her hands, they had to accept the gossip as the real deal.
Leon’s eyes nearly popped out of his head. He pointed at Elysia and gave her the once-over, asking, “You're
really transferring to Class 6?”
“Yep,” Elysia said, giving a little nod.
“Why? | thought you cleaned up in all the competitions?” Justin said, his voice cold.
“Class 1 started to feel like a rut. I'm ready for a fresh start,” Elysia replied, shrugging like it was no big deal.
“Do you have any idea what Class 6 is like?” Justin pressed, his brow furrowed.
“I do, and | don’t see the problem,” Elysia said, holding his gaze.
Leon felt like the third wheel in this conversation. He let out an awkward chuckle, saying, “Uh... I'm gonna get in
the classroom. You two chat.”
When neither of them said a word, he scratched the back of his head and slipped into the classroom, feeling
super out of place.
For a moment, the air between Justin and Elysia was thick with silence. They stood there, not sure what to say
next. After what felt like forever, Elysia broke the ice, saying, “You're blocking my path.”

Justin grabbed the textbooks from her, his voice still chilly as he said, “Letwalk you there.”
Elysia didn’t put up a fight. Even before they hit the hallway to Class 6, they could hear the raucous laughter and
playful chaos spilling out of the classroom. Justin's face scrunched up.
He couldn’t fathom why Elysia would ditch the studious vibe of Class 1 for the wild west of Class 6. ‘Is she
seriously choosing to slide into the chaos of Class 6?‘ he thought to himself.
When they got to the classroom door, it was like stepping into a war zone. Desks were all over the place. The
blackboard was scribbled with doodles, and students were either doing makeup er playing video games.
Basically, nobody was hitting the books.
“Maybe you should just head back to Class I. | can put in a good word with Levi for you,” Justin advised, but as
soon as the words left his mouth, a wad of paper cflying their way.

Elysia snatched it out of the air like a pro and held it in her hand Eric and his crew saw this and their recognition.
They remembered the girl from the basketball court earlier.

“Hey! Look who it is!” they said, strolling over with a cocky swagger. Justin saw this and quickly stepped in front
of Elysia.
“If you ain't got nothing better to do, then scram!” Eric's voice dripped with sourness.
Hearing this, Sterling and the gang tried to yank Justin aside, but before they could even lay a finger on him,
Elysia pulled him behind her. “Is this how you all welcnew folks?” Elysia asked, a playful smirk on her face.
Looking at the tiny girl standing up for him, Justin felt a little flutter in his chest.
He was worried Elysia might get hurt and was about to step in when Eric chuckled and said, “You're the new
classmate here, but he’s got no business being here.”
With that, Eric brushed past Elysia, yanked the textbooks from Justin’s hand, and tossed him a disdainful look,
saying, “You can leave now.”
Justin stayed put, and only after Elysia gave him a reassuring nod did he stride off.
“Con. Follow me,” Eric said, carrying Elysia’s textbooks as he led the way into the classroom, with Elysia
right behind him.
As soon as they stepped in, the room went dead silent. All eyes were on them. Everyone was thinking, ‘Weren't
we supposed to give her a hard time? What's the deal? Is it over already?’
Eric was all set to prove who was in charge, but when he saw how good-looking she was and how she could
really play basketball, he decided to just give her a little taste of what he could do and stop where it should.
Eric helped her put her books on the second desk by the window in the last row, then kicked the desk leg and
said, “Sit here!”
Hearing this, Elysia was about to pull out the chair and sit down when suddenly a hand grabbed her arm, and
Eric said urgently, “Hold up!”
Elysia frowned and looked at Eric, who waved Sterling over and said, “Get her a new chair.” With that, Eric let go
of her arm. Elysia then turned to look at the chair behind her, gently touched it with her hand, and felt
something sticky-it was glue.
Eric explained, “This was supposed to be your welcgift, but since it’s you, forget it.”
Elysia didn’t get what Eric was implying, but Sterling and Enrique did.
They both scratched their noses, exchanged glances, and stayed silent, realizing that Eric was going easy on her
because of their brief encounter on the basketball court. This was the first tEric, known for his pranks, had
shown mercy.
The other students in the class were all shocked and speechless, thinking, ‘Is this the Eric we know? And didn’t
we plan to really play a prank on this new student? What's going on here?!”
But since it was Eric, no one dared to say anything and could only watch silently.
“Listen up, everyone. What happened today ends here. From now on, she’s one of us in Class 6, and nobody is
allowed to bully her. Got it?” Eric said firmly.
Everyone nodded in response. “Got it, Eric.”

Eric smiled in satisfaction, but then, he noticed the chair hadn't been moved yet and frowned at Sterling. “I told
you to move the chair. Why haven't you done it?”
Sterling snapped out of his surprise, responding, “I'm on it, Eric
Elysia still couldn't figure out what was happening, but it was clear that Eric was helping her, and she could tell
that he must have sinfluence in the class.
Sterling quickly brought her a new chair. After thanking him politely, she sat down and started organizing her
desk.
But it looked like there was something in the desk drawer. She glanced down just as Eric caught on that
something was off and shouted, “Heads up!”
As he spoke, Elysia grabbed a toy snake from the compartment and looked at him with confusion, showing no
sign of fear.
A little embarrassed, Eric said, “This... was also a welcgift for you.” It was originally meant to prank Elysia,
but since he changed his mind, the toy snake lost its purpose and was forgotten.
Now, seeing that Elysia wasn’t scared at all, he was surprised, thinking, ‘Don’t most girls get scared of these?
She's really one of a kind!’
After school that afternoon, when Elysia was back at the Rosewood residence, Emma looked at her smugly and
said, “I heard you transferred to Class 6. Did you do it because you didn’t do well on the test?”
Scott frowned upon hearing this and asked, “Emma, what are you talking about?”
“It's like this, Dad. Elysia transferred to Class 6,” she explained, walking over and hugging Scott's arm.
“I heard it from a classmate today. I'm not sure what the deal is, but | figured maybe she got booted to Class 6
‘cause she bombed the test or something,” she added.
“What the heck?” Scott's voice had a touch of irritation in it.
Bella frowned and said, “I said Grade 7, but you insisted on Grade 12, bragging about how smart you were. Now
your lie’s been exposed, huh? What are your dad and | supposed to do? What tricks did you use to get into Grade
12?”
“Elysia, you've really disgraced us all!” Scott said sternly.
