Chapter 495 Must Prevent The Birth

Isla began to recount her story.

That afternoon, she went to pick up Harrietta for lunch. Along the way, she asked Harrietta to call Zachary.

At first, Harrietta was reluctant, but eventually, she made the call.

was seen with a slim woman entering a hotel. A photograph was also sent over.

The photo was captured from surveillance footage, showing only the back view of the two individuals.

In the image, the woman affectionately held onto the man's arm as they entered the hotel together.

Sure enough, it was Lenora!

She had seen Lenora wearing that white dress back in Fairlake.

Isla's blood boiled, and her mind was buzzing, all sense of reason gone.

She had the detective infiltrate the hotel to find out Zachary's room number. Inmediately after, she called the

police, reporting that a prostitution transaction was taking place in a certain room of that hotel. The police had

been dispatched.

Following the room number given by Isla, they rushed in but discovered the scene inside wasn't what they had

expected.

This wasn't just an ordinary hotel room but a small conference room.

Placards were set out in front of the conference table, and every attendee was decked out in business suits, their

expressions serious.

The police sensed something was off. Only after a conversation did they learn the Jacaster Trade Association's e-

commerce committee was in the middle of an internal meeting.

Even though it was a social organization, the attendees were distinguished individuals.

Due to the negligence of the hotel staff, who failed to inform the police in advance, such a misunderstanding

occurred.

After apologizing, the police left and immediately pursued Isla's responsibility for making a false report.

All she wanted was to embarrass Zachary and Lenora in front of the police.

to pressure the police.
