"Mr. Wall has instructed that you are not to leave Myrtlewood Estate tonight," Breck informed her, his face expressionless. "Perhaps you should consider retiring to bed." Sadie trembled slightly, resigned.
"Alright. I understand," she said quietly, turning back to the room.
She walked to the bed, sat down slowly, and took out her phone.

I just got back to your apartment, but... there's no one here. Where are you and Averi?" "I..." Sadie hesitated, then chose not to reveal her true situation.
