By the tshe walked out of the school, Theo was already waiting outside. The moment he saw her, he got out of the car and reached out to pull her collar up. "Are you cold?" She shook her head and placed her hands on his waist. "Have you been waiting long?" "No." His expression softened as he guided her into the car. "Do you want to cto the office withlater?" The employees at Gray Corporation were already used to seeing Sierra accompany him to work. They knew she was easygoing, so whenever they crossed paths, they greeted her with a smile.

Edward had heard that Sierra was on break, so he called and invited them back for a family lunch. It was the first family gathering since Benson and Sophie's wedding.

The lunch was set for noon, so Theo, wanting to visit the Gray Manor together with Sierra, took the day off. After breakfast, he sat on the couch flipping through a magazine while waiting for Sierra to change. When he cacross an analysis of Oceanea Starline Media's current situation, his brows furrowed.

Ever since Sierra had left the company, Benson had struggled to maintain stability. While he eventually managed to keep things afloat, the profits were nowhere near what they had been before.

Sierra bounced down the stairs in a pink tracksuit with her hair tied up in a playful bun, looking like a lively teenager.

For the first time, he felt a pang of guilt. He glanced at his suit, saying, "Wait a second." She looked at him in confusion. "Did you forget something?" When he cback down, he had swapped his dress shirt for a black turtleneck sweater, layered under a matching long wool coat. The change made him look noticeably younger.

It was the first tshe had seen him dressed so casually, and she couldn't help but size him up.

He paused. There was a flicker of nervousness flashing in his eyes before he forced himself to remain calm. "What's it?" Sierra shook her head. Then, she gave him a big thumbs-up. "Handsome." A smile spread across Theo's face. He pulled the lively woman in front of him into his arms, his voice tinged with joy. "As long as you like it." Sierra stepped back from his embrace and tugged at the hem of her pink hoodie. "Should I change? Do we look mismatched standing together like this?" "No need." Theo took her hand and led her outside. "You look good in anything." She was surprised. "How do you say things like that with such a straight face? I'm really not used to it." He reached up and gently pinched her cheek, chuckling. "Don't you like compliments?"

"I do." She grabbed his hand and played with his fingers, pouting. "It's just... thinking about how cold you used to be, hearing you say things like this feels a little weird."

Theo couldn't help but laugh. Bending down to buckle Sierra's seatbelt, he placed a quick peck on her forehead. "Sit tight. Let's go."

Their interactions had becincreasingly natural. She had grown even livelier, and when she was with him, there was never a shortage of things to talk about. He wasn't a man of many words, but with her, he always had a response.
